विडम्बयसि नो दारानजस्रं चास्य दर्शनात् । ततश्चैवापतल्लिंगं तत्क्षणात्तत्पुरद्विषः

viḍambayasi no dārānajasraṃ cāsya darśanāt | tataścaivāpatalliṃgaṃ tatkṣaṇāttatpuradviṣaḥ

«Par ta seule apparition, tu ne cesses de tourner en dérision nos épouses !»—et à cet instant même, le liṅga du Destructeur des Trois Cités (Tripuradviṣ) tomba.
