Pulastya
Tirtha: Arbuda-dīpa-pūjā (implied practice at Arbuda)
Type: ghat
Listener: King
Scene: Devas seated in meditative devotion before a bright oil lamp; some chant mantras, others sing stotras; all gaze steadily at the flame, embodying collectedness and daily prayer.
Devotion becomes transformative when it is daily, multi-limbed (mantra and stotra), and supported by steady concentration.
The practices continue within the Arbuda setting, reinforcing Mount Arbuda as a place for disciplined, daily worship.
Use of varied mantras, recitation of hymns, daily prayer, and focused worship with a lamp (dīpa-jyoti).
