Bhagavān (Śiva), followed by narration
Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva extends His hand and touches Garuḍa; a subtle radiance flows from palm to the bird, dispelling affliction and instilling power; attendants and the liṅga witness the sealing of the boon.
Divine grace removes uncertainty: Śiva’s assurance and touch symbolize direct empowerment granted to steadfast devotion.
The tīrtha is implicitly praised as a place of direct encounter—where the Lord not only grants boons but personally blesses the devotee.
No new rite is prescribed; the verse highlights prasāda (grace) culminating in a tangible blessing (sparśa) after worship and vow.
