ततो हृष्टमना दक्षः सुताः सर्वा हिमद्युते । निवेद्यामंत्र्य तं पश्चाज्जगाम निजमंदिरम्

tato hṛṣṭamanā dakṣaḥ sutāḥ sarvā himadyute | nivedyāmaṃtrya taṃ paścājjagāma nijamaṃdiram

Alors Dakṣa, le cœur comblé de joie, présenta toutes ses filles à Celui dont l’éclat est glacé (la Lune). Après lui avoir rendu hommage et pris congé, il retourna à sa propre demeure.
