यस्माद्भीष्म त्वया त्यक्ता कामार्ताहं सुदुर्मते । तस्मात्तव वधायाशु भविष्यामि पुनः क्षितौ
yasmādbhīṣma tvayā tyaktā kāmārtāhaṃ sudurmate | tasmāttava vadhāyāśu bhaviṣyāmi punaḥ kṣitau
Puisque moi, affligée par le désir, j'ai été rejetée par toi, ô Bhīṣma — insensé —, c'est pourquoi, pour te tuer, je renaîtrai rapidement sur terre.
