Transliteration

kalmāṣapāda ityuktastataḥprabhṛti sa kṣitau | bhūpālo dvijaśārdūlā nā्mnā tena viśeṣataḥ

Translation

Dès lors, sur la terre, ce roi fut appelé «Kalmāṣapāda» («aux pieds noirs»), ô tigres parmi les deux-fois-nés, et il fut distingué tout particulièrement par ce nom même.
