Brāhmaṇas (Dvijas)
Type: kshetra
Scene: A group of brāhmaṇas, dignified and lineage-conscious, speak collectively: their goodwill has been severed; the patron stands opposite, embodying arrogance; the temple backdrop hints that social fracture halts sacred work.
It warns that pride and the breaking of goodwill corrode dharmic society and invite grave consequences.
No tīrtha is named in this verse; it provides moral reasoning within the larger māhātmya account.
None; the verse discusses social and ethical conditions (sauhṛda, mada, lineage).
