ततश्चाराधयामास दिवानक्तमतंद्रितः । बलि पूजोपहारेण गीतवाद्योच्छ्रयादिभिः

tataścārādhayāmāsa divānaktamataṃdritaḥ | bali pūjopahāreṇa gītavādyocchrayādibhiḥ

Puis, sans relâche, il l’adora jour et nuit, apaisant (Śiva) par des offrandes (bali), des actes de pūjā, des dons et présents, ainsi que par le chant, la musique instrumentale et d’autres observances de dévotion.
