मार्कंडेय उवाच । वेत्सि चान्यं नरं कञ्चिद्वयसा चात्मनोऽधिकम् । पृच्छामि येन तं गत्वा कृते ह्यस्य महात्मनः
mārkaṃḍeya uvāca | vetsi cānyaṃ naraṃ kañcidvayasā cātmano'dhikam | pṛcchāmi yena taṃ gatvā kṛte hyasya mahātmanaḥ
Mārkaṇḍeya dit : « Connais-tu quelque autre homme, plus âgé que toi en années ? Je le demande afin d’aller vers lui et d’accomplir quelque chose pour cette grande âme. »
