कर्माणि नित्यजातानि नित्यनैमित्तिकानि च । इच्छया नैव सेव्यानि दुःखतापविवृद्धये

karmāṇi nityajātāni nityanaimittikāni ca | icchayā naiva sevyāni duḥkhatāpavivṛddhaye

Les devoirs quotidiens et les rites périodiques prescrits ne doivent pas être accomplis par simple désir personnel, car cela ne fait qu’accroître la souffrance et la brûlure de l’affliction intérieure.
