अग्नित्यागो व्रतत्यागो वचनत्याग एव च । धर्मत्यागो नैव कार्यः कुर्वन्पतित एव हि

Transliteration

agnityāgo vratatyāgo vacanatyāga eva ca | dharmatyāgo naiva kāryaḥ kurvanpatita eva hi

Translation

Abandonner le feu sacré, abandonner les vœux, et même renier sa parole—rien de cela ne doit conduire à délaisser le dharma. Car celui qui abandonne le dharma est véritablement déchu.
