ततो बहुतिथे काले केशवेन पुरा स्मृतः । स्रष्टुकामेन विविधाः प्रजा मनसि राजसीः

tato bahutithe kāle keśavena purā smṛtaḥ | sraṣṭukāmena vividhāḥ prajā manasi rājasīḥ

Après un long temps, Keśava, jadis, se souvint de moi de nouveau ; et, désirant créer, des êtres divers — poussés par le rajas — s’élevèrent dans Son esprit.
