यद्यदिष्टतमं किंचि त्सुप्राप्यं चैव यद्भवेत् । नियमस्तस्य कर्तव्यश्चातुर्मास्ये शुभार्थिभिः

yadyadiṣṭatamaṃ kiṃci tsuprāpyaṃ caiva yadbhavet | niyamastasya kartavyaścāturmāsye śubhārthibhiḥ

Quoi que l’on désire le plus, et quoi que l’on peine à obtenir : ceux qui aspirent au bien de bon augure doivent, durant le Cāturmāsya, entreprendre l’observance qui y correspond afin de l’atteindre.
