एते च नियमाः सर्वे शक्यंते यदि भो द्विजाः । कर्तुं च चतुरो मासानेकस्मिन्वाऽपि कार्त्तिके
ete ca niyamāḥ sarve śakyaṃte yadi bho dvijāḥ | kartuṃ ca caturo māsānekasminvā'pi kārttike
Ô deux-fois-nés, si toutes ces observances peuvent être accomplies, qu’elles soient pratiquées durant quatre mois—ou du moins, ne fût-ce que pendant l’unique mois de Kārtika.
