विश्वामित्र उवाच । एवं शक्रे दिवं प्राप्ते देवेषु सकलेषु च । गौतमः स्वाश्रमं प्रापत्कोपेन महता ज्वलन्

viśvāmitra uvāca | evaṃ śakre divaṃ prāpte deveṣu sakaleṣu ca | gautamaḥ svāśramaṃ prāpatkopena mahatā jvalan

Viśvāmitra dit : Ainsi, lorsque Śakra fut monté au ciel, et que tous les dieux s’en furent aussi, Gautama revint à son ermitage, brûlant d’une grande colère.
