De même, (il doit réciter) le Puruṣa‑sūkta et aussi le Madhu‑brāhmaṇa. Là, le prêtre Adhvaryu doit psalmodier les Rudra, accompagnés des cinq auxiliaires (pañcāṅga).
Skanda (deduced)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Two priestly roles highlighted: one recites Puruṣasūkta; the Adhvaryu chants Rudras with pañcāṅga supports; a small yajña fire, ladles, and water pots; devotees witness with reverence; a sense of cosmic vastness and protective power.
Cosmic wholeness (Puruṣa) and pacification through Rudra-centered recitation are framed as powerful supports for tīrtha merit.
The recitation instructions belong to the Garttā-tīrtha ritual program in this chapter.
Recite Puruṣa-sūkta and Madhu-brāhmaṇa; the Adhvaryu should chant Rudra texts with a fivefold set of components.
