Transliteration

sūta uvāca | tacchrutvā satvaraṃ śakro gatvā bhūmitalaṃ tataḥ | pāṃsubhiḥ pūrayāmāsa te tīrthe liṃgameva ca

Translation

Sūta dit : « L’ayant entendu, Śakra (Indra) se hâta de descendre sur la surface de la terre ; et, en ce tīrtha même, il le combla de terre et de poussière, recouvrant aussi le liṅga. »
