Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 8

वाद्यमानेषु वाद्येषु गीतध्वनियुतेषु च । गन्धर्वाणां प्रमुख्यानां किन्नराणां विशेषतः

vādyamāneṣu vādyeṣu gītadhvaniyuteṣu ca | gandharvāṇāṃ pramukhyānāṃ kinnarāṇāṃ viśeṣataḥ

Tandis que résonnaient les instruments et que s’élevaient les chants—surtout de la part des Gandharvas les plus éminents et des Kinnaras—la procession de bon augure s’avança.
