Tirtha: Pañcapiṇḍikā-Gaurī kathā (as māhātmya-text linked to Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Dvijottamāḥ
Scene: A devotee rises at dawn, performs simple purification, and recites the Gaurī narrative; Lakṣmī’s presence is symbolized as steady light and abundance, while misfortune is shown receding like darkness.
Devotional recitation aligned with discipline (early rising) is said to attract auspiciousness and repel adversity.
The promise is attached to the Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra-related Pañcapiṇḍikā-Gaurī māhātmya.
A clear prescription: rise in the morning and recite/read this account with devotion.
