Viṣṇu/Hari (phalaśruti for worship)
Tirtha: Vāsudeva-kṣetra / Badarī-abode (contextual)
Type: kshetra
Listener: General audience within the māhātmya frame (implicit)
Scene: A mortal devotee performs formal worship on an auspicious day before Viṣṇu’s icon; the scene emphasizes ritual completeness and the resulting radiance/ascension motif toward Viṣṇu-loka.
Sincere, timely worship at a sacred place purifies karmic impurity and directs the devotee toward divine proximity (Viṣṇuloka).
The Cakrapāṇi/Viṣṇu shrine-tīrtha described in Adhyāya 152, connected with Badarī.
Perform pūjā ‘on that day’ (the chapter’s specified sacred occasion), with proper procedure (vidhi).
