नष्टं सर्वं हरौ याते वनं शून्यं विलोक्य सा । वृंदा प्राह सखीं प्राप्य जिह्मं तद्विष्णुना कृतम्
naṣṭaṃ sarvaṃ harau yāte vanaṃ śūnyaṃ vilokya sā | vṛṃdā prāha sakhīṃ prāpya jihmaṃ tadviṣṇunā kṛtam
Quand Hari fut parti, tout fut perdu. Voyant la forêt déserte, Vṛndā, retrouvant son amie, dit : «Cette œuvre tortueuse, c’est Viṣṇu qui l’a faite.»
