ततश्च लज्जया युक्ता सा तदा दीर्घकन्यका । गत्वा भूमितले तूर्णं वर्धमाने पुरोत्तमे

tataśca lajjayā yuktā sā tadā dīrghakanyakā | gatvā bhūmitale tūrṇaṃ vardhamāne purottame

Alors Dīrghakanyā, saisie de pudeur, descendit promptement sur la terre à Vardhamāna, la cité la plus excellente.
