Transliteration

tasmāttvamapi rājeṃdra tatra snānaṃ samācara | caitre śuklacaturdaśyāṃ citrāsaṃsthe niśākare

Translation

C’est pourquoi, ô seigneur des rois, toi aussi accomplis le bain sacré en ce lieu : le quatorzième jour de la quinzaine claire de Caitra, lorsque la Lune se tient dans Citrā.
