ऋषीणामाश्रमं शुद्धं किमर्थं नो निषीदसि । तयोक्तोऽपि तदा शंभुर्बभाषे प्रहसन्निव
ṛṣīṇāmāśramaṃ śuddhaṃ kimarthaṃ no niṣīdasi | tayokto'pi tadā śaṃbhurbabhāṣe prahasanniva
«Voici l’ermitage pur des ṛṣi ; pourquoi ne t’assieds-tu pas pour te reposer ?» Bien qu’elle lui eût parlé ainsi, Śambhu répondit alors comme en souriant.
