किं दातव्यं नृपश्रेष्ठ प्रयच्छामि तवेप्सितम् । इति श्रुत्वा वचस्तस्य महेशस्य तदा नृपः । आनंदाश्रुकणान्मुंचन्प्रेम्णा नोवाच किंचन
kiṃ dātavyaṃ nṛpaśreṣṭha prayacchāmi tavepsitam | iti śrutvā vacastasya maheśasya tadā nṛpaḥ | ānaṃdāśrukaṇānmuṃcanpremṇā novāca kiṃcana
«Ô le meilleur des rois, que faut-il te donner ? Je t’accorderai tout ce que tu désires.» Entendant ces paroles de Maheśa, le roi, versant des larmes de joie, ne put rien dire, submergé d’amour et de dévotion.
