वितानं ये प्रयच्छति नराः सुकृतिनोपि हि । तारयति कुलं कृत्स्नं शिवलोकं गताः पुनः
vitānaṃ ye prayacchati narāḥ sukṛtinopi hi | tārayati kulaṃ kṛtsnaṃ śivalokaṃ gatāḥ punaḥ
Même les âmes vertueuses qui offrent un vitāna (dais, baldaquin) pour l’espace sacré élèvent toute leur lignée ; parvenues au monde de Śiva, par ce mérite elles deviennent de nouveau les sauveurs de toute leur famille.
