गिरिजोवाच । रे भृंगिन्मौनमालंब्य स्थिरो भवाथ वा व्रज । वाच्यावाच्यं न जानासि किं ब्रवीषि पिशाचवत्

girijovāca | re bhṛṃginmaunamālaṃbya sthiro bhavātha vā vraja | vācyāvācyaṃ na jānāsi kiṃ bravīṣi piśācavat

Girijā dit : «Ô Bhṛṅgi ! Prends refuge dans le silence : demeure ferme, sinon va-t’en. Tu ne sais pas ce qui doit être dit ni ce qui ne doit pas l’être ; pourquoi parles-tu comme un piśāca (goule) ?»
