Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva smiles and revives a fallen devotee/king amid Yama’s messengers; the revived person regains former bodily form, standing surrounded by startled Yamadūtas.
Śiva’s grace transcends the agents of death; the Lord restores life and order when petitioned in dharma and devotion.
Kedāra, as the Kedārakhaṇḍa’s sacred narrative space emphasizing Śiva’s mahimā (greatness).
No direct ritual instruction; the verse narrates Śiva’s act of revival and restoration.
