शक्तिहस्तौ च तौ वीरौ युयुधाते परस्परम् । शक्तिभ्यां भिन्नहस्तौ तौ महासाहससंयुतौ
śaktihastau ca tau vīrau yuyudhāte parasparam | śaktibhyāṃ bhinnahastau tau mahāsāhasasaṃyutau
Ces deux héros, la lance à la main, s’affrontèrent l’un l’autre ; et de leurs lances ils se brisèrent mutuellement les mains, tous deux animés d’une audace immense.
