Transliteration

vilokayaṃtī śaṃbhuṃ taṃ yadarthe paramaṃ tapaḥ | kṛtaṃ purā mahādevyā pareṣāṃ paramaṃ mahat

Translation

Elle contemplait ce Śambhu—pour qui, jadis, la Grande Déesse avait entrepris l’austérité suprême, immensément grande au-delà de toutes les autres.
