ततो व्यलोकयच्छंभुर्द्दिक्षु सर्वासु सादरम् । तावद्दृष्टो दक्षिणस्यां दिशि ह्यात्तशरासनः

tato vyalokayacchaṃbhurddikṣu sarvāsu sādaram | tāvaddṛṣṭo dakṣiṇasyāṃ diśi hyāttaśarāsanaḥ

Alors Śambhu regarda avec soin dans toutes les directions. À cet instant, vers le sud, il vit quelqu’un tenant arc et flèches, prêts en main.
