तस्मात्तदेनत्क्रियतां भवद्भिर्यथा महेशः कुरुते परिग्रहम् । कन्या यथा तस्य शिवस्य योग्या निरीक्ष्यतामाशु सुरैरिदानीम्
tasmāttadenatkriyatāṃ bhavadbhiryathā maheśaḥ kurute parigraham | kanyā yathā tasya śivasya yogyā nirīkṣyatāmāśu surairidānīm
Ainsi donc, accomplissez ceci : disposez les choses afin que Maheśa (Mahādeva) accepte une épouse. Que les dieux, sans tarder et dès maintenant, recherchent une jeune fille digne de ce Śiva.
