Type: kshetra
Listener: Ṛṣis/Brāhmaṇas
Scene: Cosmic visualization: the world-sphere subtly wrapped in Śiva’s luminous presence; sages acknowledge that every name of the Mahātman is meaningful; Kedāra peaks appear as part of a larger cosmic body.
Śiva’s names are not mere labels but reveal real attributes of grace and lordship; he pervades all existence as the supreme ruler.
The verse is universal in scope; within Kedārakhaṇḍa it reinforces the all-pervading presence of Śambhu encountered in Kedāra.
No explicit prescription; it supports devotion through nāma-japa and recognition of Śiva’s immanence.
