Transliteration

tasmāttvayā na karttavyaṃ manasāpi vihiṃsanam | evamuktastadā śakro nāradena mahātmanā

Translation

C’est pourquoi tu ne dois commettre aucune violence, fût-ce en pensée. Ainsi, en ce temps-là, le magnanime Nārada admonesta Śakra (Indra).
