ते सिंहा दंशिताः सर्वे महाबलपराक्रमाः । तेषु सिंहेषु चारूढा महादैत्याश्च तत्समाः
te siṃhā daṃśitāḥ sarve mahābalaparākramāḥ | teṣu siṃheṣu cārūḍhā mahādaityāśca tatsamāḥ
Tous ces lions étaient armés et équipés, puissants en force et en vaillance ; et sur ces lions étaient montés de grands Dānavas (Daityas), égaux à eux en férocité.
