ततः प्रविश्य वै तस्मिन्देवीमासाद्य पांडवाः । पिंडकाद्यं तत्र मुक्त्वा तृषा प्रैक्षि जलं तदा

tataḥ praviśya vai tasmindevīmāsādya pāṃḍavāḥ | piṃḍakādyaṃ tatra muktvā tṛṣā praikṣi jalaṃ tadā

Alors, entrant en ce lieu et s’approchant de la Déesse, les Pāṇḍava y déposèrent les offrandes de piṇḍa et autres présents; puis, tourmentés par la soif, ils cherchèrent de l’eau alentour.
