Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 123

तथैवं सात्म्यमभ्येति योगिनामात्मा परात्मना । एवं ज्ञात्वा फलं योगी सदा योगं समभ्यसेत्

tathaivaṃ sātmyamabhyeti yogināmātmā parātmanā | evaṃ jñātvā phalaṃ yogī sadā yogaṃ samabhyaset

Ainsi, l’âme du yogin parvient à l’accord parfait et à l’union avec le Soi suprême. Connaissant ce fruit, le yogin doit pratiquer le yoga en tout temps.
