Transliteration

ākāreṇa jagatsaṣṭistathānugraha eva ca | pralayasyādhikāraṃ ca lokacitrapravartanam

Translation

Créer l’univers par la seule forme —ou intention—, accorder aussi la grâce ; détenir l’autorité même sur le pralaya (dissolution) ; et mettre en mouvement d’émerveilleuses manifestations dans les mondes — tels sont les pouvoirs énumérés.
