FAQs

Yoga is inner mastery—stilling the mind’s movements—systematically attained through an eightfold discipline.

None explicitly; the verse is a doctrinal definition within the broader sacred narrative.

The eightfold (aṣṭāṅga) method is prescribed as the practical framework for yoga.
