नारद उवाच । समासात्तव वक्ष्यामि योगतत्त्वं कुरूद्वह । श्रवणादपि नैर्मल्यं यस्य स्यात्सेवनात्किमु
nārada uvāca | samāsāttava vakṣyāmi yogatattvaṃ kurūdvaha | śravaṇādapi nairmalyaṃ yasya syātsevanātkimu
Nārada dit : « Ô le meilleur des Kuru, je t’exposerai brièvement la vérité du Yoga. Si le seul fait de l’entendre apporte déjà la pureté, que dire alors de sa pratique ? »
