Kamaṭha (in the stotra)
Tirtha: Vyoma-liṅga
Type: kshetra
Scene: A radiant, formless presence behind a liṅga; within devotees’ eyes a reflected light, suggesting ‘eye of the eye’; the sky glows as if conscious.
The divine is both transcendent (Lord of gods) and immanent (inner sight and intelligence), especially compassionate to those who seek refuge.
No site is named; the verse praises Sūrya’s universal, indwelling presence.
No external rite; it emphasizes devotional acclaim and surrender to the compassionate protector.
