श्रीसूर्य उवाच । यस्माद्भवद्भिः पूर्वं हि जयादित्येति चोदितम् । जयादित्य इति ख्यातस्तस्मात्स्थास्येऽत्र सर्वदा
śrīsūrya uvāca | yasmādbhavadbhiḥ pūrvaṃ hi jayādityeti coditam | jayāditya iti khyātastasmātsthāsye'tra sarvadā
Śrī Sūrya dit : Puisque jadis vous m’avez acclamé par le nom de « Jayāditya », je serai renommé « Jayāditya » ; c’est pourquoi je demeurerai ici à jamais.
