निस्तेजकः सभायां यो गलगण्डी स जायते । सदा क्रोधी च चंडालः पूतिवक्त्रश्च सूचकः
nistejakaḥ sabhāyāṃ yo galagaṇḍī sa jāyate | sadā krodhī ca caṃḍālaḥ pūtivaktraśca sūcakaḥ
Celui qui, dans l’assemblée, rabaisse la dignité d’autrui naît avec un goitre. Celui qui demeure toujours en colère devient caṇḍāla; et le dénonciateur naît à la bouche fétide.
