Transliteration

tāvekadā purāṇārthe ślokamekamapaśyatām | taṃ dṛṣṭvā sarvaśāstrajñāvāstāṃ kaṃṭakitatvacau

Translation

Un jour, tandis qu’ils scrutaient le sens des Purāṇa, tous deux aperçurent un śloka. À sa vue, ces connaisseurs de tous les śāstra furent saisis d’un frisson sacré, la peau hérissée.
