कर्मणा मनसा वाचा धर्ममेनमुपाश्रितः । न भूतो न भविष्यश्च न स धर्मोऽस्ति किंचन

karmaṇā manasā vācā dharmamenamupāśritaḥ | na bhūto na bhaviṣyaśca na sa dharmo'sti kiṃcana

Par l’acte, par la pensée et par la parole, il prenait refuge dans le dharma. Il n’est aucun devoir—ni dans le passé ni dans l’avenir—qu’il n’ait incarné d’une manière ou d’une autre.
