Type: kshetra
Listener: Devārṣi / devotee-sage (and by extension future pilgrims)
Scene: A devotee performs Sūrya-pūjā at the Bhaṭṭāditya shrine—offering arghya, red lotuses, incense—while a visionary overlay shows Kāmarūpa’s famed shrine landscape repeated a thousandfold as a symbolic merit-multiplier.
Place-based devotion (sthāna-viśeṣa) magnifies merit; worship at a praised tīrtha can equal vast repetitions elsewhere.
The immediate tīrtha ‘here’ where Bhaṭṭāditya is worshipped is exalted as yielding merit surpassing even repeated worship at Kāmarūpa.
Formal worship (pūjā) of the Sun as Bhaṭṭāditya at the indicated sacred spot.
