ह्रियतेर्द्धं हि तत्रापि यच्छेषं तद्धि जीवितम् । जीवितांतेच मरणं महाघोरमवाप्नुयात्
hriyaterddhaṃ hi tatrāpi yaccheṣaṃ taddhi jīvitam | jīvitāṃteca maraṇaṃ mahāghoramavāpnuyāt
Même là, une part est encore emportée ; ce qui demeure, voilà ce qu’on nomme vraiment « vie ». Et au terme de la vie, on rencontre la mort — d’une effroyable grandeur.
