नियमान्स्वयमादाय ये त्यजंत्यजितेंद्रियाः । ये ताडयंति गां नित्यं वाहयंति मुहुर्मुहुः

Transliteration

niyamānsvayamādāya ye tyajaṃtyajiteṃdriyāḥ | ye tāḍayaṃti gāṃ nityaṃ vāhayaṃti muhurmuhuḥ

Translation

Ceux qui prennent des observances sacrées pour ensuite les abandonner, les sens non maîtrisés; et ceux qui frappent sans cesse le bétail et le font tirer encore et encore—une telle conduite est déclarée blâmable, contraire au dharma de la discipline.
