शिरस्यगस्त्यमाधाय तथैव च पुरंदरम् । उदक्यादर्शनं स्पर्शं वर्ज्यं संभाषणं तथा

Transliteration

śirasyagastyamādhāya tathaiva ca puraṃdaram | udakyādarśanaṃ sparśaṃ varjyaṃ saṃbhāṣaṇaṃ tathā

Translation

Gardant en son esprit Agastya et de même Purandara (Indra) comme exemples vénérables, qu’il évite de voir une femme en menstruation, qu’il évite de la toucher et qu’il évite aussi de lui parler durant le temps de restriction.
