मातः स्वसरथो पुत्रि आर्येति च वदेद्बुधः । उचछिष्टो नालभेत्किंचिन्न च सूर्यं विलोकयेत्
mātaḥ svasaratho putri āryeti ca vadedbudhaḥ | ucachiṣṭo nālabhetkiṃcinna ca sūryaṃ vilokayet
Le sage doit s’adresser (aux femmes) avec respect en disant : « Mère », « Sœur », « Fille » ou « Dame noble ». Tant qu’il est dans l’état qui suit le repas (avec des restes et une impureté), qu’il ne touche à rien et qu’il ne fixe pas le soleil.
